Ghost Golf | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site
About Ghost Golf
Ghost Golf is a premium golf and lifestyle brand — one of the fastest-growing in the sport. We build elevated products for the modern golfer across bags, accessories, travel, and apparel. We sell across DTC, wholesale, major retail, and Amazon. We are building a brand with culture, community, and a creator ecosystem at its core.
The Role
This is the operational heartbeat of the Ghost Golf social and marketing team.
You are the person who makes sure every talent relationship is managed, every gifting package goes out on time, every creator delivers what they promised, and our community never goes dark. You are organized, proactive, relationship-driven, and nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
You will own four worlds simultaneously — talent and influencer coordination, a brand ambassador players program, gifting and seeding operations, and social and community execution. You are not a content-first hire but you live and breathe social media. You understand trends, know what good content looks like, can appear on camera naturally, and will work hand in hand with our incoming Social Content Director to support the content engine. You work directly with the CEO and alongside the UGC & Creator Partnerships Manager. You will manage one direct report.
