About this role

We’re looking for a creative, digitally savvy and social media-obsessed Social Media Executive to join our team.

Working closely with and reporting to the Senior Social Media Executive, you’ll play a hands-on role in bringing our brands to life across social media. You’ll help create engaging content, manage online communities and identify opportunities to connect with our audiences in meaningful ways.

This is a fast-paced, varied role working across four distinct brands, each with its own personality, tone of voice and audience. You’ll collaborate with our Creative Department, Digital Teams and individual brand teams to deliver engaging, relevant and platform-specific content.

We’re looking for someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, enjoys spotting social trends and knows that great social content is about more than simply posting. You’ll be curious, proactive and excited to develop your skills in a growing social media team.

Key responsibilities

  • Community management: Monitor and engage with online communities across our brands, responding to comments, messages and conversations across both B2B and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.
  • Content scheduling and page management: Plan, schedule and publish content, ensuring our social channels remain active, engaging and consistent.
  • Social media platforms: Support the day-to-day management of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn adapting content to suit each platform.
  • Content creation: Support creation of short-form video (Reels, Stories and social-first formats) in collaboration with Creative.
  • Content ideation: Bring fresh ideas to the table, spot emerging trends and suggest creative ways to increase engagement and reach.
  • Audience engagement: Understand the different communities we serve and help develop content that resonates with their interests, needs and behaviours.

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine passion for social media, with a strong understanding of current platforms, formats and trends.
  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools such as Sprinklr, Meta Business Suite or Agorapulse.
  • Strong copywriting skills and excellent written English, with an eye for detail and the ability to adapt your tone of voice for different audiences.
  • Confidence creating content and a willingness to appear on camera when needed. Experience using tools such as CapCut, Canva or equivalent would be a benefit.
  • A creative mindset, with the ability to generate ideas and recognise opportunities for engaging, relevant content.

Experience

You may currently be working as a Social Media Assistant, Content Creator, Marketing Assistant or in a similar junior social media role.

Around one to two years of relevant experience would be ideal, but we’re equally interested in your creativity, social media instincts and enthusiasm. Whether you’ve developed your skills professionally, through personal projects or by building your own social channels, we’d love to see what you can do.
