Social Media Coordinator

Wonderland is an Orlando agency. It is looking for a dedicated, communication-minded individual to coordinate its social media efforts and interact with customers online. The successful candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing their work directly impact the overall marketing strategy. Permanent, hybrid in the Orlando area. The position has the potential to turn into a full-time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Work with the marketing and communications team to develop a consistent and strategic digital presence.
• Analyze data and report on social media trends.
• Create, schedule and publish content for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
• Monitor and engage with followers across all corporate social media accounts to foster community and brand loyalty.
• Assist in planning and executing monthly social media content calendars and campaigns.
• Track performance metrics and generate regular reports to inform content strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Marketing experience: 1 year (required); social media management: 1 year (preferred)
