Social Media Coordinator

The role

Instagram is currently our strongest donation channel. You'll keep our accounts active, consistent, and growing, turning work on the ground in Haiti into content that drives follows, shares, and donations.

What you'll do

• Plan and post content on Instagram and TikTok on a consistent schedule
• Edit short-form video from footage our team captures in Haiti
• Track views, clicks, and donation traffic, then report what's working
• Work with the Director of Communications & other executive officers on messaging and campaigns

What you bring

• Hands-on experience running social accounts (personal brand, business, or org)
• Comfort with short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
• Reliability: you post on schedule without being reminded
• Kreyòl is a plus
