Social Media Coordinator

Boutique social media agency BK&Co. is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented full-time Social Media Coordinator to support delivery of social media content to clients. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organization skills, is curious and eager to learn, and has 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role at an agency or on the brand side. BK&Co. is a Minneapolis-based social media agency specializing in retail, higher education, and non-profit organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the team in day-to-day execution of client deliverables.
• Support client projects through planning, strategic, creative, and development phases.
• Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and assign follow-ups.
• Work with the Account Director to keep projects on target and within scope.
• Assist in organizing digital campaigns and strategies; execute social media campaigns.
• Help identify social media trends and opportunities for clients.
• Create graphic assets in Canva.
• Track and manage client feedback.
• Support the content team in creating 200+ social media posts monthly.

Must-haves

• Understanding of Google Workplace and the core platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest.
• Clear communicator with project management experience and strong attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Benefits and compensation

• $35 - 40k per year depending on experience.
