Apply at Healthcord Cryogenics

We are looking for a creative, and fast-moving Content Creator who heavily leverages AI tools to rapidly produce high-quality social media content. You don’t need to be a traditional video editor or specialist—what matters most is that you have an eye for visual storytelling, understand marketing and sales psychology, and can figure out whatever tools you need to get compelling content made quickly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create Multi-Format Content: Produce scroll-stopping short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and high-converting visual ads (graphics, static images, carousels).
  • Tell Stories That Sell: Combine strong visual hooks, scriptwriting, and direct-response marketing principles to drive engagement and sales.
  • Speed Up Production with AI: Use generative AI tools across text, image, and video to speed up your workflow without sacrificing creative quality.
  • Adapt and Experiment: Comfortably jump into new tools, try new formats, and figure out what works on the fly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Portfolio That Proves It: Examples of video or visual content you’ve created that demonstrate good design, pacing, and storytelling.
  • Creative Eye & Sales Instincts: A solid grasp of what makes people stop scrolling and buy.
  • AI Proficiency & Curiosity: You comfortably use AI to create, ideate, and edit content, and you’re quick to pick up new tools as they emerge.
  • Scrappy Execution: High energy, self-directed, and focused on output and results over complex processes.

Relevant Tools You Might Use (or be open to picking up):

  • Video & Audio: CapCut, Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Premiere, or similar.
  • Images & Graphics: Canva, Midjourney, Photoshop, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or similar.
  • AI & Copywriting: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar.

(You don't need to master every tool listed above—what matters is your ability to adapt and learn what you need to deliver great work.)
