Social Media & Content Creator Beauty Brand
House of Amor is a fast-growing beauty brand specialising in easy-to-use DIY beauty products. We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Creator to take ownership of our social channels and help grow our brand, community and sales.
You will be the person behind our TikTok, Instagram and other platforms: generating ideas, planning content, then filming, editing, scheduling and analysing its performance. We are looking for someone with a strong knowledge for what audiences want to watch, who can come up with creative ideas and have the ability to take content from concept through to publication.
You will also support our wider marketing team with events, product launches and campaigns, and help with content for our founder’s personal brand.
We are a small, ambitious team, and this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to develop their skills and progress with a growing beauty brand.
The role
- Looking after all of our social media platforms day to day, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and any new channels
- Developing creative content ideas and turning them into engaging content that resonates with our audience
- Planning, filming, editing and scheduling content across all platforms
- Creating weekly and monthly content plans around product launches, promotions, key trading periods and trends
- Producing a strong mix of product, tutorial, trend-led, behind-the-scenes, team and community content
- Appearing on camera and demonstrating our products, including lashes and press-on nails
- Helping to plan and create content for our founder’s personal brand
- Creating content for paid social advertising, email marketing and TikTok Shop
- Supporting the wider marketing team with campaigns, launches, pop-ups and brand events, including attending events and capturing content
- Analysing content performance and using insights to improve future content
About you
- Highly creative, with a strong eye for engaging, high-quality content
- A clear understanding of what performs well and what our audiences want to watch
- A genuine passion for marketing and a desire to keep learning and developing
- Able to work independently and take ownership of your work
- Experience in Marketing and Social Media
- Confident filming and editing engaging, on-brand content
- Comfortable appearing on camera
- Highly organised, with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple pieces of content at once
- Happy to support the wider marketing team and attend events
- A genuine interest in beauty
- Enjoys working in a small team where everyone has a visible impact
Experience within the beauty, fashion, lifestyle or e-commerce sectors would be an advantage.
