We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Creator who knows how to turn everyday moments into engaging stories, create content that stops people scrolling and use data to understand what works.

You will be working across three Surrey based venues and will take ownership of social content from concept through to filming, editing, publishing and performance analysis.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan and manage the social media content calendar across multiple channels.
• Independently create and edit short-form vertical video, photography, graphics and engaging copy.
• Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling and community engagement.
• Develop fresh content formats that drive audience growth and engagement.
• Track performance against KPIs and use analytics to improve results.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to capture compelling stories and improve content quality.

The essentials:

We’re looking for proven, practical experience, not just an interest in social media.

• Demonstrable experience growing an audience and driving engagement.
• Strong hands-on skills in filming and editing short-form vertical video, understanding hooks, storytelling and audience retention.
• IMPORTANT - A portfolio of social-first content you have personally created, including video, photography and graphics.
• Experience managing social channels and content calendars end to end.
• Confidence using analytics to measure performance and inform content decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, or equivalent.
• Understanding of SEO and website CMS platforms, ideally WordPress.

This is not a scheduling-only or community management role. You must be able to create content yourself, demonstrate audience growth and explain how your work has delivered results.
