Social Media Content Creator
Job type: Contract, part time. Remote working with frequent travel to partner locations in Central Florida and occasional in-person meetings with the HohmDigital team. Candidates must be local to Central Florida and available to manage and lead regular on-site content shoots with partners.
HohmDigital is a women-owned digital marketing agency helping businesses and brands thrive online. As a Social Media Content Creator you will capture and curate content for partner and owned social accounts, direct and film on-site shoots, craft monthly content plans with the Creative Manager, and build content calendars that reflect each partner's brand identity and goals. You report to the Creative Manager. The role is part time with growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Travel regularly to partner locations in Central Florida to capture organic content using an iPhone, camera, microphone or similar tools
- Direct clients during shoots to get a variety of on-brand visuals and videos
- Stay current on social trends and audio and adapt them for diverse industries
- Develop and edit short-form videos, reels and other content to platform specifications (CapCut, Canva)
- Plan and manage content calendars for multiple accounts, 1-2 months ahead, and schedule with tools such as Sprout, Later, Planoly or Hootsuite
- Monitor channel performance, track key metrics and provide insights
- Work with the HohmDigital team and partners to align on goals, brand voice and expectations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation and engagement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred
- Portfolio of social media work showing creativity and results
- Ability to travel regularly within Central Florida for content shoots
- Proficiency filming high-quality iPhone content and directing clients during shoots
- Strong writing and editing skills, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently
