About us

Zach Scott Media is a Nashville-based social media management company focused on real estate. We run social channels for real estate agents, luxury new developments, real estate media brands, and title companies across Middle Tennessee. We plan and create content, film brand and listing reels, and give our clients strategic recommendations to grow their brands and market their properties.

Right now, Zach Scott Media is a one-person team, and this role is our very first hire. It’s a rare chance to get in on the ground floor of a growing business, work side by side with the founder, and build a digital marketing career with plenty of room to grow.

About the role

As our Social Media Content Coordinator, you’ll manage your own portfolio of client accounts. You’ll plan their content, design posts, film and edit reels, and help each client’s brand stand out.

What you’ll do

  • Build monthly content calendars for your assigned clients
  • Bring each account’s strategy to life, keeping every post aligned with its goals and voice
  • Schedule and publish posts across your accounts
  • Design carousels and educational content in Canva
  • Brainstorm creative ways to market homes and agents’ personal brands
  • Meet clients on location to film brand and listing reels
  • Edit reels in CapCut, Instagram Edits, or similar tools
  • Submit posts for client approval and make any needed edits
  • Keep your accounts organized, on brand, and on time

What we’re looking for

You’re a self-starter who loves to create. You get excited about ideas, whether it’s a fresh angle on a listing or a fun trend that fits an agent’s brand. When you get stuck, you dig for the answer first. And you’re honest, even when something doesn’t go as planned.

You should have:

  • Strong skills editing short-form social video
  • Strong writing skills for captions and educational content
  • Proficiency in Canva design
  • Proficiency using Claude or other AI tools
  • A knack for staying organized
  • A home base in the Nashville area, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice to have:

  • Experience using a DJI Osmo Pocket 4 camera and mic
  • Experience with real estate, lifestyle, or luxury brands

A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.

Schedule and location

This is a full-time, salaried employee position.

  • Monday–Friday, with the flexibility to work remotely
  • A weekly in-person coffee check-in
  • An average of 0–3 on-location shoots a week, which may increase as we grow. Shoots are scheduled between 9 AM and 6 PM, most last 1–2 hours, and they’re never on weekends
  • Shoots are usually within 15 miles of Nashville and occasionally up to 40 miles

Pay and benefits

  • $40,000–$42,000/year
  • 15 days of paid time off
  • 8 paid holidays, plus 1 floating holiday
  • $50/month phone stipend
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Filming equipment and editing software provided

How to apply

Submit application with your resume and portfolio (or social accounts you’ve managed). Applications without these will not be considered.
