Marketing and Content Coordinator

Soul Padel | Job description

Salary: circa £30,000 per annum

Works with: Clubs, Operations Director, CEO and Marketing Team

Working across the club estate, with regular club visits for content capture and campaign delivery.

About Soul Padel

We welcome everyone to the court to meet, play and connect. Soul Padel is building a growing network of

accessible, community-focused padel clubs. Our marketing should reflect the energy of our clubs and help

more people discover the game, book a session and keep coming back. The role

This is a broad, practical marketing role for someone with creative flair, an entrepreneurial mindset and the

initiative to get things done. You will help deliver new-club launches, local campaigns, events, player

communications and everyday marketing across our growing club estate.

You will be comfortable getting into clubs, picking up your phone to capture everyday content, creating

materials in Canva and making sure our programmes are promoted clearly. You will help club teams

understand what good looks like and turn ideas into activity that attracts players and encourages bookings.

Social and content are a significant part of the role alongside wider marketing coordination. You will work

closely with our social agencies, which retain responsibility for social strategy and the bigger campaign

pieces.

Club launches and local marketing

• Coordinate the practical delivery of new-club launches and opening campaigns, keeping timelines, local

assets, communications and agency inputs on track.

• Use Canva to create and adapt flyers, posters, signage, in-club screens, social assets and materials for

local programmes, following our brand guidelines.

• Help organise and promote open days, events and local activations, working with club teams on

materials, communications and delivery.

• Adapt central campaigns for local use and support routine programme promotion with clear messages

and calls to action.

Digital presence and player communications

• Keep club webpages and Google Business Profiles accurate and engaging, updating opening information,

programmes, events, photographs and booking links within agreed access and approvals.

• Prepare local player communications and support email and CRM execution under the Head of Brand &

Marketing, including builds, approved audience selections, testing and scheduling.

• Check artwork, copy, dates, booking details and links before publication, following customer data,

consent and content permissions procedures.

• Track campaign delivery and response, including enquiries and booking clicks where available, and

suggest practical improvements.

Marketing and Content Coordinator

Everyday content and social coordination

• Visit clubs to capture authentic photographs and short-form video of our players, people, coaching,

events and programmes, using your phone and straightforward editing tools.

• Help club teams understand what good content looks like through practical examples, simple guidance

and shared templates; coordinate their contributions into an organised asset bank.

• Maintain an agreed content calendar and coordinate scheduling, publishing and community management

responsibilities with our social agencies.

• Share local insights, commercial priorities and relevant trends with agencies; supply usable content and

coordinate briefs, feedback and approvals for their work. What you will bring

• Ideally 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience, with examples of campaigns, materials or content

you have personally delivered. Equivalent practical experience is welcome.

• Confidence filming and editing short-form video, taking useful photographs and creating clear,

attractive everyday assets in Canva. Professional design expertise is not required.

• Strong writing skills and an understanding of how local campaigns, digital channels and player

communications can work together to drive participation.

• Creative flair, commercial curiosity and an entrepreneurial approach: you spot opportunities, solve

problems and follow through.

• Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several club priorities and deliver

reliably to deadlines.

• A collaborative style and confidence working with Club Leaders, colleagues and agencies, including

helping others capture better content.

Experience with webpages, Google Business Profiles, email or CRM tools, launches, events or leisure

marketing would be useful. An interest in padel is welcome; playing experience is not required. Please share

examples of your work and explain your contribution.

How the role works within the team

The Head of Brand & Marketing sets commercial priorities and overall campaign direction, owns CRM and

performance analysis, and connects agency activity to business goals. You contribute ideas and coordinate

delivery with the marketing team, clubs, Operations Director and CEO.

Our social agencies retain the strategic role in social and lead the bigger campaign pieces. You coordinate

with them, capture everyday club content and deliver agreed activity. Specialist design, photography, video,

PR and paid media support remain available where needed.

Club teams lead local relationships, community engagement and business outreach, and contribute content

and routine programme promotion. You support them through a planned marketing calendar, practical

guidance and shared assets, with priorities agreed centrally.

What success looks like

Well-coordinated launches and events, timely local materials, accurate club information and relevant player

communications, alongside a reliable flow of authentic content. Success will be assessed against agreed

delivery targets and the contribution of activity to enquiries, bookings and repeat visits, using the data

available.
