Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated social and digital strategy for Netflix Ads, focused on LinkedIn and other platforms where advertisers and agencies are active
  • Translate Ads Marketing narratives, product positioning, research, case studies, and event moments into audience-first content for media buyers, CMOs, planners, and industry influencers
  • Serve as the primary Social partner for Ads Marketing, aligning on go-to-market plans, messaging, and campaign timelines
  • Manage all Ads-related channel programming, including content creation, scheduling, and approvals
  • Define and reach target audiences (agencies, brand marketers, CMOs, planners, trading desks, industry press) and track performance against clear KPIs

Background and Specific Skills

  • 7+ years in social media management or content marketing, ideally within media, advertising, technology, or publishing
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other platforms where advertisers and industry stakeholders are active
  • Sharp creative judgment and a track record of finding unexpected, culturally resonant angles for a story
  • Proven experience building and executing multi-channel social strategies that support brand and product narratives

The range for this role is $177,000 to $306,000, based on job family, background, skills, and experience.
