They're a trusted name, the team are a fun, down-to-earth group and leadership are both passionate and love to trust staff to take on repsonsilbities and make decisions. Keen to continue to grow and with a fresh focus on trying new things, the business is looking to overhaul it's marketing approach with a huge focus on fun and engaging content to help them stand out from their competitors. The Role

This is a really exciting role and one that offers a great deal of creative freedom and the chance to really shape a new marketing approach. It's an ideal role for any social native, who loves getting hands on with content creation for major social channels and isn't afraid of getting in front of the camera as well as behind it. The role will provide any tech required and is ideal for any content focused marketer who wants more freedom to try new ideas and takes some risks. Responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with senior leadership to help establish a new approach to social media marketing for the business (tone of voice, content, visual style etc.)
• Lead Social Media management, community engagement and content creation across Tik Tok, Instagram and Youtube
• Assist with wider marketing repsonsilbities when required (Events, Print, Charitable days etc.)
• Working with all of the businesses teams to encourage participation in content and drive the new marketing approach.
