Your Role ✨

This is a growth-first role at the centre of how un:hurd wins new artists. You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of how artists discover us, hear from us and stay engaged with us: content, social, podcast, email and community. You'll also manage and grow our curator marketplace.

You'll work closely with the head of growth and founder to turn creative ideas into tangible campaigns. If you're a natural creative with a keen interest in automation and technology, and you want a varied role with an opportunity to have a real impact, this one’s for you.

Responsibilities 📝

Content & Social (Artist Acquisition):

  • Own social media content creation and posting across our channels.
  • Plan and run the un:hurd content calendar to turn attention into sign-ups.
  • Track what content is working and have a 'test and learn' approach to your marketing.

Lifecycle & Email:

  • Craft engaing campaigns that boost engagement and retention on the platform.

Creative Direction:

  • Generate creative ideas and set creative direction across business campaigns, content and product touchpoints.
  • Keep our tone and visual identity sharp and consistent across every channel.

Community & Customer Service:

  • Run community management across our channels.
  • Handle customer service via email and Intercom, keeping response times fast and tone on-brand.
  • Build a network of brand ambassadors, empowering them with the tools to create their own campaigns and build their own micro-communities.

Growth Ownership:

  • Report on acquisition metrics and feed learnings back into content and creative decisions.

Podcast & Content Management:

  • Lead podcast production end to end: guest sourcing, recording, editing and publishing.

Curator Marketplace:

  • Manage and grow our curator marketplace, including curator recruitment, onboarding and retention.
  • Identify ways to expand the marketplace's reach and value to artists.

Requirements 🧐

  • A Growth-Minded Creative: You can write a hook, shoot a reel and edit a podcast, and you know why each one either worked or didn't.
  • A Strong Writer: Your copy for email, social and in-product moments reads naturally and artist-first.
  • Community-Driven: You're comfortable being the voice of the brand with artists, curators and partners, across social, email and support. This means you truly GET the culture.
  • Data-Aware: You use the numbers to learn and iterate and are comfortable reporting back on performance to the wider team.
  • A Proactive Self-Starter: You spot opportunities and ship them without waiting to be asked.
  • Adaptable & Tech-Savvy: You pick up new tools fast (e.g. Intercom, Slack, social schedulers, email platforms).
  • A Passion for Music/Tech: You have a genuine interest in the music and technology industries.
  • AI Native: You use AI tools in your day-to-day, you automate repeatable tasks, and want to lean into AI where possible.

Benefits 🎁
  • EMI share options.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
  • Pension scheme.
  • Private healthcare.
  • Health benefits scheme.
  • Enhanced Maternity/Paternity packages.
