We’re looking for a commercially minded social commerce leader to build and accelerate a high-growth TikTok Shop business. You’ll turn emerging platform opportunities into a scalable revenue channel, balancing sharp performance analysis with creative, creator-led execution. This is a high-visibility role with ownership of strategy, operations, partnerships, and profitability. What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategy and day-to-day growth of TikTok Shop and other social commerce channels.
• Own revenue performance, GMV growth, margin health, and channel investment decisions.
• Shape product assortment, promotions, bundles, and pricing using live platform insights.
• Build and manage productive relationships with agencies, creators, affiliates, and platform partners.
• Develop scalable creator and affiliate programs that expand reach while driving profitable results.
• Guide live-shopping initiatives and create repeatable playbooks for launches, testing, and growth.
• Partner across marketing, DTC, sales, creative, and operations to maximize cross-channel impact.
• Bring strong experience in social commerce, marketplaces, affiliate marketing, or creator-driven revenue channels, along with exceptional analytical and communication skills.
