Show Coordinator

Vacancy: Show Coordinator 

Duration: 3 Months

Compensation: NPR 35,000/month

Work Type: Project-based / Full-time

Location: Kathmandu 

We are looking for a Coordinator who can take ownership of the day-to-day coordination and on-ground execution of our upcoming campaigns, events, and projects. 

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working on-ground, and can make sure things actually happen as planned.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of campaigns, events, and activations.
• Manage on-ground execution and ensure all activities run smoothly.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, venues, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with event logistics including materials, branding, manpower, equipment, and schedules. 
• Be present on-ground during events and activations to manage execution.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities across different teams.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot and solve execution-related issues on the spot. 
• Maintain clear communication and provide regular updates to the project team.
• Support the team with pre-event preparation, event-day execution, and post-event wrap-up. 
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• 1 year of experience in event coordination, campaign execution, production, marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Someone who is proactive and can work independently on-ground.
• Good problem-solving and people-management skills.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including during events when required.
