Outlandish is a growing social commerce company specializing in TikTok Shop, livestream shopping, and creator-driven commerce. We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Arizona.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is early in their career and wants to build experience in e-commerce, social media, account management, and digital marketing.

What You'll Do:

• Support and manage relationships with TikTok Shop clients and brand partners
• Monitor account performance, sales, and key metrics
• Assist with developing strategies to grow shop performance
• Coordinate with creators, livestream hosts, and internal teams
• Help manage product listings, promotions, campaigns, and shop activity
• Communicate with clients and provide regular updates on performance
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and overall account growth
• Stay up to date on TikTok Shop, social commerce, and emerging trends

What We're Looking For:

• 0–1 year of professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and performance metrics
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
• Interest in social media, e-commerce, TikTok, or digital marketing
• Must be located in Arizona
