Overview
Influential is seeking a transformational Senior Vice President, Creator Management to lead and evolve one of the industry's most sophisticated creator operations organizations. This executive leader will oversee the Creator Management function across the business, driving excellence in creator sourcing, talent strategy, negotiations, contracting, content execution, creator experience, and operational performance.
The SVP will serve as the senior-most advocate for Creator Management internally and externally, shaping strategic partnerships with creators, agents, managers, and industry stakeholders while ensuring best-in-class execution across Influential's client portfolio.
This leader will be responsible for scaling teams, developing organizational capabilities, establishing operational rigor, and partnering closely with Client Management, Sales, Creative, Strategy & Analytics, Performance Media, Onefluential, Legal, and Finance to deliver industry-leading creator programs.
The ideal candidate combines executive leadership experience with deep creator economy expertise, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive business transformation in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation Range: USD $180,000.00 - USD $250,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. This role may also be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Vision
- Define and execute the long-term vision for Creator Management across Influential.
- Establish organizational goals, KPIs, operating frameworks, and workforce planning strategies.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for creator operations, talent partnerships, and creator innovation initiatives.
- Drive organizational scalability while maintaining operational excellence and quality standards.
- Partner with executive leadership on annual planning, revenue forecasting, resource allocation, and business growth initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end creator campaign execution across all client portfolios and verticals.
- Lead creator sourcing, vetting, negotiation, contracting, content development, and delivery operations.
- Develop scalable processes that improve efficiency, speed-to-market, quality control, and creator satisfaction.
- Ensure operational consistency across teams while maintaining flexibility to support diverse client needs.
- Drive adoption of emerging tools, AI, automation, and technology to enhance creator operations.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with top creators, talent agencies, management firms, and industry partners.
- Represent Influential at industry events, conferences, and executive client meetings.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities that strengthen Influential's market position and creator network.
- Develop frameworks for celebrity, macro-, mid-tier, and emerging creator partnerships.
- Partner with Sales and Client Management leaders to support business development efforts and high-value opportunities.
- Provide strategic recommendations for creator programs during RFPs, RFIs, and new business pitches.
- Act as an executive escalation point for complex creator, campaign, or client issues.
- Ensure creator strategies drive measurable outcomes, client satisfaction, and profitable growth.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing organization consisting of VPs, Directors, Managers, and Creator Management professionals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop leadership succession plans and career growth frameworks for the department.
- Establish clear performance standards and operating expectations across all levels.
- Partner closely with Client Management, Creative, Strategy & Analytics, Performance Media, Commercial Operations, Legal, and Finance.
- Ensure seamless alignment between creator strategy and overall client objectives.
- Lead cross-functional planning processes for major campaigns and enterprise initiatives.
- Champion best practices and operational consistency throughout the organization.
Required
- 12+ years of experience within influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, social media marketing, digital media, or related fields.
- 7+ years of progressive people leadership experience managing large-scale, high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading creator operations at an influencer marketing agency, creator economy platform, talent agency, media company, or similar organization.
- Deep understanding of creator marketing, influencer economics, contracting structures, content workflows, and platform ecosystems.
- Extensive industry network including creators, managers, agents, entertainment partners, and brand stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead organizational change and build scalable processes in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong analytical, operational, financial, and business planning capabilities.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience overseeing teams of 30+ professionals across multiple organizational layers.
- Experience supporting Fortune 500 brands and enterprise-level marketing organizations.
- Familiarity with creator technology platforms, social analytics tools, and creator intelligence solutions.
- Experience working within agency holding companies or large marketing organizations.
- MBA or equivalent advanced professional experience.
