Full-time (37.5 hours) | Cheadle Hulme | £30,000–£35,000 DOE

gee is a multi-award-winning premium hair extension brand and a small, ambitious team based in Cheadle Hulme.

This is a hands-on, autonomous role with responsibility for building and managing our creator network and delivering consistent, high-quality, commercially effective UGC.

You'll have the opportunity to shape this area of the business, so we're looking for someone who is confident working independently and enjoys the pace and ownership that comes with being part of a smaller brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, vet and manage UGC creators, influencers and relevant stylist partners.
  • Own creator relationships from outreach and applications through to briefing, negotiation, gifting, content delivery and follow-up.
  • Own the quality of creator content, reviewing submissions and managing feedback and revisions where required.
  • Build and maintain consistent high-quality UGC for organic and paid social.
  • Create clear, performance-led creator briefs.
  • Manage contracts, creator fees, deliverables, usage rights and budgets.
  • Work closely with Paid Media to understand what's performing and use those insights to improve future creator content.
  • Identify high-performing creators and develop strong, ongoing partnerships.
  • Own creator and influencer gifting, ensuring product is sent strategically and with clear objectives.
  • Build and own the systems, processes and reporting required to make creator activity organised, measurable and scalable.
  • Track creator and UGC performance, continually testing and improving the programme based on results.

About You

We're looking for someone with 2+ years' experience as senior in UGC, influencer marketing or creator partnerships, ideally within a beauty or DTC brand.

You'll be commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing multiple creator relationships independently. You'll understand what makes great short-form content, be comfortable negotiating and briefing creators, and understand how creator content can support both paid social and organic growth.

Most importantly, you'll be confident coming into a growing brand, identifying what needs to be built and taking ownership of the function without requiring day-to-day direction.
