Location: New York City – Hybrid
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 + Commission + Benefits

The Opportunity
We’re partnering with an established digital talent management agency looking for an experienced Senior Talent Manager to join its New York team.
The agency represents an established roster of digital-first creators and is looking for someone who can take ownership of talent relationships, drive commercial growth and think strategically about the long-term development of their roster.
This is a hands-on management position for someone already established within the creator economy who wants strong earning potential alongside the infrastructure of a growing agency.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for managing and developing your own roster of digital creators, including:
- Managing day-to-day creator relationships
- Developing long-term career and commercial strategies for talent
- Securing and negotiating brand partnerships
- Proactively pitching creators to brands and agencies
- Managing inbound commercial opportunities
- Identifying new revenue streams beyond traditional sponsorships
- Negotiating fees, contracts and commercial terms
- Developing relationships across brands, agencies and the wider creator economy
- Identifying and signing new talent
- Working collaboratively with the wider talent and partnerships teams
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience within digital talent management
- Currently working within the creator/talent management industry
- An active roster of digital creators/influencers
- Proven experience generating revenue through creator partnerships
- Strong brand and agency relationships
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and the wider creator landscape
- Experience signing and developing talent is highly desirable
