Salary: $70,000–$100,000 CAD + Commission + Benefits

We’re working with a growing Canadian talent management agency looking to bring an experienced Senior Talent Manager into its team.

Representing creators across lifestyle, fashion, entertainment and beyond, the agency combines hands-on management with a strong focus on commercial growth and long-term career development.

The opportunity

You’ll take responsibility for your own portfolio of digital creators, building relationships that go beyond individual campaigns.

Alongside managing incoming brand opportunities, you’ll actively generate new business, identify potential partners and develop strategies that help your talent grow their careers and revenue.

You’ll also play a part in expanding the agency’s roster, identifying emerging creators and building relationships across the Canadian creator economy.

What you’ll be doing

• Representing and developing an active roster of digital creators.
• Proactively pitching talent to brands, agencies and potential commercial partners.
• Managing inbound enquiries and identifying opportunities for your creators.
• Negotiating partnership fees, contracts and campaign deliverables.
• Overseeing deals from initial discussions through to campaign completion.
• Developing individual strategies for audience growth and monetisation.
• Building relationships with brands, agencies and creators across Canada.
• Identifying and signing new talent.
• Collaborating with the wider team on roster development and agency growth.

What we’re looking for

We’d love to hear from established talent managers who enjoy both the relationship-building and commercial sides of creator representation.

We are looking for:

• At least 3 years’ experience in digital talent management or creator representation.
• An active creator roster and a track record of generating commercial revenue.
• Strong experience across brand partnerships, negotiations and campaign management.
• The ability to generate opportunities proactively, rather than relying solely on inbound briefs.
• Established relationships with creators, brands or agencies.
• A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• The confidence to manage your own workload and make decisions independently within a remote team.
