The Role

You've managed a strong book of creators, you've got the industry relationships, and you have the revenue history to back it up. Now you're looking for an agency that matches your energy. As our Senior Influencer Talent Manager, you'll step into a senior seat at Neon Rose and keep doing what you do best. You'll lead talent relationships, own brand negotiations, and drive revenue from day one.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a roster of established, high-performing creators.
• Identify, pitch, and sign senior talent through outbound sourcing and the warm industry relationships you've built.
• Own your roster's revenue — hitting and exceeding meaningful targets is table stakes, not a stretch goal.
• Pitch, negotiate, and secure high-value brand deals.
• Manage inbound brand inquiries and match them with the right talent.
• Lead client and internal calls as the senior voice in the room.
• Work alongside Talent Coordinators who keep campaign execution seamless, so you can stay focused on your talent and your deals.
• Collaborate with a creative, dedicated team that genuinely loves this industry.
• Spot trends and platform shifts early to keep your talent ahead of the curve.

Must Haves

• A track record as a Talent Manager at an established influencer, talent, or entertainment agency
• A proven, quantifiable recruiting track record — specific creators you've personally signed, with deal outcomes you can speak to.
• A strong, referenceable revenue history tied to talent you've personally managed.
• Plug-and-play capability — you can step in, run point on your roster from day one, and don't need training on negotiation, deal structure, or industry norms.
• Existing relationships with brand partners, agencies, and platform reps.
• Deep knowledge of (and real passion for) the influencer and social media space.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• The ability to thrive under pressure and think on your feet.
• A strong work ethic, initiative, a great attitude, and serious self-starter energy.
