MAJOR FUNCTION

The Senior Strategy Executive plays a pivotal role in developing strategic brand proposals and campaign direction to drive business growth and win new opportunities. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, deep market understanding, and the ability to transform insights into compelling proposals that align with POPS' content and digital platforms.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategy & Proposal Development

  • Take ownership of proposal creation and strategic direction for brand campaigns in close collaboration with the BAAS Sales team.
  • Analyze client briefs to deliver strategic, insight-driven brand proposals that reflect POPS’ capabilities across content, platforms, and talent.
  • Create compelling presentations using storytelling techniques and ensure alignment with client objectives and POPS’ business vision.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, artist, marketing, creative, and commercial) to gather inputs and build integrated proposals.
  • Monitor proposal performance and ROI, adjusting recommendations based on outcome tracking and learnings.
  • Ensure all proposals meet financial viability and profitability standards.


2. Industry Insights & Internal Alignment

  • Stay updated on media, content, digital, and branded entertainment trends to inform strategy development.
  • Share market insights and competitive intelligence with internal teams to elevate the quality of proposals.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuously improve best practices within the strategy team.
  • Align with BAAS VP and key stakeholders to ensure proposals support POPS’ revenue and positioning objectives.


3. Cross-functional Coordination & Support

  • Support campaign execution where necessary to ensure strategy is effectively implemented.
  • Communicate clearly with project management and execution teams to maintain alignment from pitch to delivery.
  • Take part in internal strategic planning or departmental development initiatives as assigned by leadership.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in strategy, digital media, advertising, or branded content.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical ability with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Proficiency in creating and delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with sales, creative, and production teams.
  • Strong time management, organization, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Existing network with brands or agencies is a plus.
  • Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
