Senior Social Media Executive


£37,000 | Cheshire | 4 days in the office / 1 day from home | Must be able to drive


We’re working with an established and growing organisation in Cheshire that is looking for a creative and commercially minded Senior Social Media Executive to join their marketing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social, understands what makes content perform and enjoys turning ideas and trends into engaging content.


You’ll be responsible for:

  • Planning and delivering organic social content across multiple channels.
  • Managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
  • Keeping ahead of social trends and identifying new content opportunities.
  • Creating engaging, platform-specific content that drives awareness, engagement and traffic.
  • Monitoring performance and using insights to improve future activity.
  • Supporting influencer, video and wider social campaigns.
  • Working closely with the wider marketing team and senior stakeholders.
  • Bringing fresh creative ideas and helping shape the overall social presence.


We’re looking for:

  • 3+ years’ experience in social media, either agency or in-house.
  • Strong experience across organic and paid social.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok.
  • A strong understanding of social trends and what makes content perform.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • A creative eye and strong attention to detail.
  • Someone confident, proactive and comfortable working at pace.
  • Previous experience managing or mentoring others would be a bonus.
