Job Description

Reporting to the IS Finance Integration Manager, you will be responsible for deploying  Information System (IS) tools across the Group’s newly acquired subsidiaries. These  integrations are international in scope and primarily focus on the Sage X3 ERP and its  Finance module. 

Your Missions 

● Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis between the Group’s Sage X3 Finance Core  Model and the local processes of the subsidiary being integrated. 

● Requirement Challenging: Review and challenge business needs to draft functional  specifications, prioritizing a "Standard First" approach. 

● Technical Documentation: Write functional specifications (legal adaptations, API  interfaces) and configuration documents in compliance with service methodology and  deliverables. 

● Multi-legislation Management: Manage relationships with local integrators or create  specific legislations within a multi-country context. 

● Tool Configuration & Data Migration: Configure the tool and manage end-to-end  data migration-from formatting to import (Master Data and Transactional Data)  using Excel, Google Sheets, and ETL tools like N8N. 

● Reporting & Queries: Build SQL queries and generate reports via Crystal Reports and Power BI.

● Development Oversight: Follow up on L4G developments in collaboration with a  dedicated integration developer. 

● Testing & Training: Prepare and lead user training sessions and User Acceptance  Testing (UAT). 

● Support: Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during testing phases and the  go-live support period (Hypercare). 

● Change Management: Facilitate change management and ensure a smooth  transition to the "Run" (Support) team. 

Build Activities & Collaboration 

As a functional expert dedicated to Sage X3 entity integration, you are the guardian of the  Core Model. You ensure that Sage best practices are applied to maintain a scalable and  sustainable solution for the entire Group. 

You are proactive and enjoy finding creative solutions to technical and functional constraints  during deployments.  

As a key point of contact for your projects, you ensure clear communication and alignment  across all involved departments.  

You rely on the service’s integration methodology and guarantee the quality of project  deliverables. In a continuous improvement mindset, you strive to optimize processes and  solutions whenever necessary. 

Skills & Qualifications

Your profile meets the following criteria: 

● Technical Skills: Proficiency in several of the following: Crystal Reports, L4G,  SQL, API, XML, soapUI, N8N (ETL), Google Sheets, PowerShell, Apps Script,  NotePad++, EM Editor, Power BI. 

● Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management involving Sage X3  (Finance module) within an international environment. 

● Expertise: Full mastery of Sage X3 Finance configuration and technical interfaces  (Import/Export, Query tools). 

● Soft Skills: Autonomous, rigorous, reliable, with strong analytical and synthesis  skills. You are proactive and possess excellent adaptability. 

● Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Qualifications

Degree in IT (BE / B.Tech, MCA) and/or Finance (MBA Finance, CA).
