What You’ll Do

As our next Product Manager, you’ll work closely with the Founder, CTO, and Senior Leads to shape the future of Qoruz products. Your focus will be on driving adoption, retention, and delight, constantly rethinking how features work, what’s missing, and what shouldn’t even exist.

You’ll be expected to:

• Analyse and question both the “why” behind what’s done and the “why not” of what’s next
• Translate user stories into actionable product decisions
• Drive product discovery through user calls, research, and experimentation
• Build - not just manage - by creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Collaborate deeply with design, tech, and business teams
• Turn incomplete data into sound hypotheses and meaningful insights

What We’re Looking For

• 3– years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS or startup environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills - thinks clearly, writes crisply, and reasons deeply
• A genuine curiosity about users, and the ability to separate insight from noise
• A design-thinking mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and problem framing
• Comfortable taking ownership end-to-end - from concept to delivery

• This is not a “project management” role - you’ll be building, not tracking.
• You love talking to users - calls, meetups, feedback loops, all of it.
• You’re hands-on with wireframes and user journeys, not just specs.
• You have an “owns it” mindset, not a “works for it” one.
