Senior Marketing Associate - Social, U.S. Card Performance Marketing (Hybrid)

Capital One is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join the social team on U.S. Card Performance Marketing for its Meta presence. The position contributes to the fast-growing Meta channel acquisition strategy by scoping tests that support the channel learning agenda, working with platform partners to implement campaigns and keeping the channel well managed. The Senior Associate has performance marketing experience at an agency or in house, is a self-starter and works well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the channel team on planning and implementation of Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
• Scope future tests with the Meta team and channel team, including creative testing, audience testing and new placements.
• Coordinate across Compliance, Brand Marketing, Customer Experience, Analytics, Data and Technology to execute Meta strategies end to end.
• Partner with a QA associate to maintain platform documentation and plan launch timings.
• Create creative briefs to support upcoming tests and maintain the channel creative library.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in paid social marketing on Facebook and Instagram.
• At least 1 year of experience trafficking Meta campaigns.
• At least 2 years of experience with Excel and Google Sheets, and 1 year with Google Suite applications.

Pay: McLean, VA $96,500 - $110,100; Richmond, VA and Chicago, IL $87,700 - $100,100. The role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
