Senior Manager, Social Media, Partnerships & Experiential

The Sr. Manager, Social Media, Partnerships & Experiential leads Walgreens' organic social media, influencer and creator marketing, and experiential marketing strategies to build brand affinity, deepen customer engagement, and drive business growth. This leader partners closely with Creative, Brand & Retail Marketing, Media, Marketing Operations, Digital, Loyalty, Merchandising, and PR to develop and execute integrated marketing programs, overseeing content strategy, creative concept development, and production.

Key Focus

• Lead enterprise organic social media strategy, content planning, channel governance, and performance optimization
• Develop social-first content strategies and partner with Creative, agencies, creators, and production partners
• Lead influencer and creator marketing strategies that expand reach and strengthen brand affinity
• Develop and execute experiential marketing programs that bring the Walgreens brand to life through customer experiences and cultural moments
• Identify emerging consumer behaviors, platform trends, and cultural opportunities and translate them into marketing strategies, content, partnerships, and activations

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of marketing or advertising experience, or a High School/GED and at least 7 years of marketing or advertising experience
• At least 2 years of cross-functional team leadership
• Experience with marketing strategy development and project management
• Willing to travel up to 15% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, creator marketing, experiential marketing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing
• Proven success developing and executing social, content, creator, or experiential strategies for consumer-facing brands
• Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, consumer behavior, and emerging trends

Salaried role. Salary range: 125,000 to 218,750 USD. This role will remain open until filled. Walgreens considers employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
