THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated, creative, and strategic Senior Manager of Influencer & Community to join our growing team. This role will own and evolve ’Ôrəbella’s influencer, creator, and community strategy, building meaningful relationships that strengthen brand affinity, drive cultural relevance, and support business growth.
The Senior Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships - from discovery and outreach through briefing, execution, amplification, and performance analysis - across earned, gifted, affiliate, eventing, and paid programs. This person will also lead the brand’s community engagement strategy, ensuring ’Ôrəbella develops authentic, ongoing relationships with its consumers and creator community. You will collaborate closely with all internal teams including Creative, Social, and Brand to align influencer initiatives with broader messaging, storytelling, and campaign goals, ensuring creator content remains an integral part of the overall marketing ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-building skills with creative instincts, cultural awareness, and operational excellence. They thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment and have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, creator landscape, social platforms, and emerging cultural trends. This role reports to the General Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
INFLUENCER & CREATOR STRATEGY
- Own and evolve ’Ôrəbella’s influencer and creator strategy across earned, gifted, affiliate, eventing, and paid programs.
- Devise and execute comprehensive influencer strategy across different creator tiers, budget parameters, and business objectives.
- Develop programs that support product launches, marketing campaigns, retailer priorities, founder moments, events, and broader business objectives.
- Build a diverse, brand-aligned creator ecosystem spanning emerging talent, established influencers, cultural tastemakers, experts, and brand advocates.
- Identify creators who authentically reflect ’Ôrəbella’s values, aesthetic, audience, and growth priorities.
- Develop long-term relationships and ambassador programs that deepen creator affinity and drive sustained advocacy.
- Stay ahead of creator trends, cultural conversations, platform changes, and emerging talent within beauty and the broader cultural landscape.
- Maintain alignment between the brand’s influencer strategy and Bella’s social presence, identifying thoughtful opportunities for collaboration and amplification.
PAID CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION
- Lead influencer paid campaigns from initial strategy and talent selection through outreach, negotiation, briefing, execution, posting, and reporting.
- Create clear, inspiring briefs that communicate campaign objectives, key messages, creative direction, content requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Partner with creators to develop platform-native content that feels authentic to their audiences while remaining aligned with the ’Ôrəbella brand.
- Manage creator communications, approvals, product delivery, content timelines, usage rights, and contractual deliverables.
- Manage, allocate, track, and report on paid influencer budgets, invoices, and payments, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and alignment with campaign goals.
- Ensure all influencer content follows brand standards, disclosure requirements, and relevant legal guidelines.
- Identify high-performing creator content for paid amplification, brand channels, retailer support, and other marketing applications.
- Maintain flexibility and adapt programs in real time when cultural, founder, or business opportunities arise.
- Own and manage the TikTok Shop creator program, including creator recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, product seeding, content review, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
- Ensure paid influencer content is maximized across ’Ôrəbella channels (ie owned social, paid media).
SEEDING, EVENTS, & RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Develop and oversee the brand’s product-seeding strategy, including list development, box ideation/creation/production, outreach, fulfillment coordination, follow-up, and results tracking plus on-going optimizations, in conjunction with external agency and production vendors. Ensure creative initiatives that drive max buzz and awareness from seeding.
- Create thoughtful, tiered, personalized seeding initiatives that build brand awareness and encourage authentic advocacy, while maintaining budget parameters and hitting business objectives. Includes tight financial and timeline management.
- Own both Skeepers and ShopMy platforms for mass seeding, UGC, and affiliate marketing, in conjunction with junior team and external agency support. Responsible for contracts, fiscal tracking, results metrics, optimizations, and new initiatives.
- Partner with internal team and external agency partner to develop and oversee creator events, launch experiences, activations, and community-building moments. Includes but not limited to: event creative ideation, production and sourcing, asset development, guest list curation, shot list oversight, on-site relationship building, metrics reporting.
- Cultivate direct relationships with creators, agents, managers, beauty professionals, and other influential community members. Celebrate creator milestones to build authentic relationships.
- Represent ’Ôrəbella at industry events and creator-facing experiences, strengthening relationships on behalf of the brand.
- Lead smaller-scale community events and consumer IRL collaborations—from concept through execution—ensuring they deepen community engagement and expand brand awareness and trial.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date creator database, including relationship history, preferences, audience insights, performance, and brand fit.
- Source and manage influencer tracking systems and database as deemed necessary.
COMMUNITY STRATEGY & ENGAGEMENT
- Own the brand’s community engagement strategy, establishing how ’Ôrəbella listens, responds, recognizes, and builds relationships with its audience.
- Develop programs that turn highly engaged consumers, loyal customers, and organic advocates into active members of the ’Ôrəbella community.
- Establish community-management guidelines, response protocols, escalation procedures, and brand voice standards.
- Monitor conversations, audience sentiment, product feedback, and emerging community needs across relevant platforms.
- Identify opportunities for surprise-and-delight initiatives, user-generated content, community recognition, and real-world engagement.
- Surface meaningful community insights to Leadership and other internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Social team to ensure community feedback informs content planning and that creator and consumer stories are amplified appropriately.
- Help foster a welcoming, inclusive, and highly engaged community around the brand.
MEASUREMENT & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Lead weekly, monthly, and campaign-level reporting, translating results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate creator performance using engagement quality, content effectiveness, sentiment, earned media value, traffic, conversion, and other relevant metrics.
- Track program budgets and evaluate investments to improve efficiency and impact.
- Manage influencer agencies, platforms, and other external partners as needed.
- Share creator and community insights across the organization to inform marketing, product, and business decisions.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
- Prior beauty experience is required
- Highly proficient in all social media and creator platforms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Proven ability to handle sensitive, fast-paced environments with discretion and calm
- Exceptional communication, organization, and people skills
- Deep understanding of beauty/fashion/culture industries + knowledge of beauty trends and competitive market
- Strong organizational skill with the ability to manage tight budgets and timelines
- Self-starter with the ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with little oversight
- Action-oriented, comfortable “rolling up sleeves”, no task is too small or large mentality
- Able to travel as needed for brand launches and events
