Senior Director VIP, Celebrity & Influencer Relations (New York)

We specialize in strategic media relations, high-stakes reputation management, A-list red carpet placements, and high-impact VIP & digital talent networking.
We are seeking a highly connected, culture-defining Senior Director of VIP, Celebrity & Influencer Relations to lead and elevate our New York Showroom operations.
This role requires a seasoned professional with deep-rooted, active relationships across the East Coast ecosystem—including top-tier A-list stylists, VIP publicists, talent managers and cool, contemporary, highly relevant fashion & lifestyle taste makers.
Working closely with the VP of Celebrity Relations for the US market you will be responsible for driving high-impact placements, shaping brand perception through tastemakers, managing day-to-day showroom operations, and delivering tangible ROI for our luxury client portfolio.
- VIP, Celebrity & Influencer Placement: Proactively pitch, secure, and execute high-profile placements for major red carpets, editorial features, premieres, Awards Season, and key cultural moments using a mix of A-list talent and cool, contemporary, culturally relevant influencers.
- Tastemaker & Network Curation: Leverage and expand an existing "black book" of East Coast A-list stylists, talent reps, publicists, and high-engagement digital tastemakers who drive real fashion authority.
- Showroom & Team Leadership: Oversee daily showroom operations, sample distribution, seeding strategies, and appointments, ensuring gold-standard representation for client collections.
- East Coast Footprint Expansion: Actively identify strategic positioning opportunities, media moments, private hostings, and high-stakes networking events to reinforce LDR22’s market dominance.
- Experience: Minimum 6–8+ years of specialized experience in VIP/Celebrity Relations and Tastemaker Seeding within luxury fashion, fine jewelry, or high-end PR agencies in New York.
- Established Black Book: Main focus top-tier stylists, talent managers and the current wave of NYC’s most influential, high-aesthetic digital creators and taste makers.
- Leadership & Independence: A proactive, high-energy leader capable of taking full ownership of showroom results, client satisfaction, and immediate account growth.
- Location: Based in New York City with full-time presence in our NY showroom.
