Senior Creator & Social Manager - Growth & Strategic Initiatives

Expedia Group is hiring a Senior Creator & Social Manager for Growth & Strategic Initiatives.

What you'll do

• Shape the enterprise portfolio of creator and social investments, helping determine which cultural, entertainment, sports, celebrity, platform, and affiliate opportunities best solve priority business problems
• Integrate across brand-level creator leads and connect their strategies to cross-brand and enterprise opportunities
• Support measurement, using data, amplification insight, and performance signals across creator-owned, brand-owned, paid, and earned environments
• Counsel senior leaders and influence across marketing, communications, media, product, loyalty, legal, finance, procurement, agencies, and geographic teams; lead agencies at the strategy and creative level

What you bring

• Deep, senior-level experience (10+ years) in both social strategy and creator strategy
• Experience with creator amplification and measurement across owned, paid, and earned channels
• Strategic agency leadership and celebrity, high-profile talent, or major cultural partnership experience
• Experience building and leading teams; familiarity with AI-enabled tools and automation
• Exceptional storytelling that makes complex strategic choices clear and actionable

Total cash range in Seattle: $155,000 to $217,000.
