Senior Creator Partnership (TikTok)

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and own assigned TikTok Affiliate campaigns across livestream and short video channels, driving GMV, NMV, creator growth, and overall campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with KOLs/KOCs to maximize creator performance and long-term collaboration.
• Research brand objectives, products, market trends, and creator insights to develop optimization strategies that maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve revenue and creator productivity.
• Coordinate and mentor junior team members, ensuring effective execution, knowledge sharing, and continuous capability development.
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence to enhance team efficiency and campaign performance.
• Prepare business performance reports and strategic recommendations for the Team Lead/Direct Manager.

Competencies:

1. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.

1. Knowledge:

• Good understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including Affiliate, Creator Partnerships, campaign operations, and platform policies.
• Experience in creator management, campaign execution, performance tracking, and affiliate operations.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Existing networks within the creator ecosystem, TikTok Affiliate industry, MCNs, TAPs, TSPs, or related partners is a plus.
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
