Role Overview

The Senior Creator Manager will oversee influencer campaigns across Silver and Gold-tier clients, providing strategic oversight from discovery to campaign delivery. The role demands strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, and managerial expertise to mentor junior team members and Creator Managers. You will also be responsible for quality control, negotiations, and optimising campaign strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influencer Discovery & Management:
    • Lead the discovery, outreach, and onboarding of influencers across micro to VIP tiers.
    • Oversee negotiations, contracting, and ongoing communications with all tier influencers, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
  • Influencer Quality Control:
    • Review creator lists and content for quality and compliance with client expectations.
    • Support and guide the Senior Creator Executive (SCE) on mid-level influencer negotiations.
    • Provide a sounding board for complex negotiations and escalation points for team issues.
  • Target Monitoring & Strategy Optimisation:
    • Monitor campaign progress against influencer targets and ensure timely delivery of influencer activities (discovery, sign-up, and live rates).
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as strategy and data, to optimise campaign strategies and performance based on influencer input and results.
  • Client & Influencer Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers during campaigns, fostering strong relationships to ensure continued collaboration.
    • Lead client communications related to influencer strategy, updates, and performance.
    • Provide fulfilment support, ensuring timely delivery of campaign materials and products.
  • Data Management & Reporting:
    • Manage campaign dashboards, input data, and conduct regular spot checks to maintain accuracy.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, providing reports and insights to internal teams and clients.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
    • Line manage Creator Managers, overseeing the quality of their work and providing ongoing mentorship to junior team members.
    • Conduct weekly quality checks on influencers signed up, content approved, and campaign delivery standards.
  • Industry Knowledge & Best Practices:
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends, platforms, and influencer marketing best practices (including ASA and FTC guidelines).
    • Share insights and learnings with the broader team to continuously improve performance.
Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a similar Creator Manager role with proven project management skills.
  • Existing industry connections and experience with beauty brands
  • Agency background with experience managing influencer campaigns.
  • Strong track record managing mid to macro/VIP creators and talent managers.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing platforms, trends, and compliance.
  • Experience managing VIP influencers and negotiating high-value contracts (preferred).
