Senior Account Manager, Marketing Services

As a Senior Account Manager in Marketing Services at AnyMind, you will be responsible for managing full influencer marketing projects and owning the performance of your team. You will be the main contact point between internal and external stakeholders, making sure that the communication flow is clear and effective, actively strengthening partnerships with clients. You will act as a leader to team members, guiding them through the internal cross-functional process and overseeing every campaign to ensure productivity and profitability.

 

What You Will Do

• Manage and lead multiple key accounts for digital marketing campaigns including but not limited to influencer, advertising & social management.
• Lead end-to-end project execution: briefing, planning, delivery, reporting
• Own project P&L: track revenue, manage costs, protect margins
• Offer rationalized strategic recommendations to business partners and stakeholders based on experience and industry knowledge
• Lead daily communication with clients, handle escalations, and ensure satisfaction
• Cross-functional coordination with Planning, Creative, IM, and BD to deliver high-quality proposals and campaigns
• Ensure execution meets brand, legal, and operational compliance
• Drive efficiency, improve workflow, and solve operational bottlenecks
• Guide & lead the team to ensure timely delivery and process adherence
• Manage and coach AEs/SAEs; assign workload and monitor performance
• Support other tasks if needed. 

 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency (influencer marketing experience is an advantage).
• At least 2 years of experience in the position of Account Manager/ Senior Manager, with proven ability to lead a team of 2-5 members.
• Strong mastery of campaign planning, client management, strategic recommendations, team coaching, internal coordination, performance monitoring, and cost management
• Proficiency in tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and task management systems is mandatory
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
