We are a small but ambitious team looking for a Senior Influencer Account Manager to lead influencer marketing programs for some of the world's leading beauty brands. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys building strong client relationships and is passionate about developing creative influencer strategies from concept through execution. You'll oversee multiple campaigns, mentor junior team members and play a key role in driving client success while helping shape the future growth of our influencer department.

Our ideal candidate has 5-7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, PR or social marketing (agency experience preferred), with a strong understanding of creator partnerships, campaign strategy, client management and project leadership. Beauty or lifestyle experience is strongly preferred.

The Senior Influencer Account Manager role entails:

  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns from strategy through execution across multiple beauty and lifestyle clients.
  • Develop influencer strategies that align with client objectives, budgets and KPIs.
  • Oversee creator sourcing, relationship management, negotiations, contracting and content approvals.
  • Manage large-scale gifting and mailer programs, including strategy, logistics, fulfillment and reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings, presenting recommendations and providing proactive strategic counsel.
  • Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, reporting and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful execution.
  • Analyze campaign performance and develop actionable insights and recommendations for future programs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging creators, platform updates and cultural moments to bring fresh ideas to clients.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, helping elevate the quality of work across the department.
  • Contribute to agency initiatives, new business opportunities and internal process improvements.

You should be very comfortable with:

  • Google Workspace, Microsoft Office and influencer marketing platforms.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Leading client communication and presenting campaign strategies and results.
  • Negotiating influencer partnerships and managing campaign budgets.
  • Working in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Soft skills we love:

  • Highly organized, detail-obsessed and calm under pressure
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility + taste level
  • Scrappy and resourceful
  • Excellent communicator (written + verbal)
  • Passion for culture, trends and social media moments/conversations

Here's what's in it for you:

  • The opportunity to lead impactful campaigns for top beauty and lifestyle brands.
  • A collaborative, supportive team that values creativity, initiative and growth.
  • The opportunity to mentor teammates while continuing to develop your own leadership skills.
  • Exposure to exciting influencer campaigns, events and new business opportunities.

Other notes about what we’re looking for:

  • A proactive leader who enjoys solving problems and finding creative solutions.
  • Someone who takes ownership, is highly organized and follows through on commitments.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring others and contributing to a positive team culture.
  • Someone who is genuinely curious about social media, influencer marketing, beauty and emerging consumer trends.
  • You don't have to be a beauty junkie to apply, but you should be excited to learn about the brands and products we represent.

Note: If you’ve read this far we already think you’re awesome, but due to the anticipated volume of responses, we will contact only those candidates who most closely match our requirements.
