POSITION SUMMARY
The Rare Beauty Seasonal Brand Partnerships Associate will work directly with the Brand Partnerships team - which currently includes an SVP, Senior Manager, and Coordinator - to manage existing and new relationships with people, brands and cultural moments that support Rare Beauty’s mission of “makeup to feel good in.” This role will also support keeping the brand ahead of trends and positive global discourse via brand partnerships that reach across product, content and cultural moments. The ideal candidate is resourceful, self-motivated, and loves a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a passion for creativity, understanding the importance of diplomacy as the role has visibility internally and externally. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships and is in-office at a minimum of three days/week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Interface with external partners to schedule calls, agendas, recaps and tracking action items, this is a critical part of the role for team organization, go-to-market excellence and the volume of in and outbound partner engagement
- Research and share new partnership ideas for the brand that support the overall marketing strategy
- Support team with coordination across Ops, E-comm, Marketing, Legal and Finance for new product collaborations
- Manage inventory and product needs for programs and team quantities, ordering and tracking products and inventory management, gifting, events and sampling
- Update existing trackers, program sheets and documents, end to end, for partner programs and team planning
- Participating in weekly meetings to update on progress and collaboration and track action items
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous intern or entry-level experience in marketing, social media, communications, PR or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of social media channels and platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Substack, and YouTube
- Experience with product swaps/gifting, brand activations, experiential and sampling is a plus!
