You'll turn trends, creator-economy insights, and ideas into sharp, engaging scripts for digital content — while leading a team of junior scriptwriters. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of junior influencer scriptwriters, guiding and reviewing their work
- Write engaging scripts for short-form and long-form digital content
- Research trends, pop culture, internet conversations, and relevant topics
- Develop content concepts and storylines aligned with brand objectives
- Collaborate with creators, editors, and the creative team to bring ideas to life
- Adapt tone and messaging across different content formats and audiences
- Ensure scripts are delivered on time without compromising quality
Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or a similar role
- Strong command of written Hindi and English
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience behavior
- Ability to simplify complex topics into relatable, engaging content
- Strong research, storytelling, and creative thinking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure content environment
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team is a plus
