Sales Representative - French & English Speakers (Only Haiti)

This position is only open to candidates based in Haiti.

The Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service and sales support through pages and/or CRM systems for models, focusing on engagement, customer experience, conversion, and relationship management.

The role involves interacting with customers, presenting products, answering questions, and guiding the customer throughout the purchasing journey.

What you will do:

• Provide active and responsive customer support while respecting response time expectations established by management;
• Interact with customers in French and English through digital platforms and CRM systems;
• Present products, answer questions, and maintain engaging conversations with customers;
• Follow communication guidelines and scripts while maintaining a professional, friendly, and persuasive tone;
• Work toward daily and monthly performance and conversion goals.
  
  

Requirements:

• High School diploma required (Higher Education in progress is a plus);
• Fluent French and English;
• Good written communication and fast typing skills;
• Familiarity with customer service platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools;
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus.
  
  

Work model:

100% Remote (Home Office)

Schedule:

3x1 schedule (3 consecutive workdays followed by 1 day off)

Compensation:

$2.00 USD per hour

Commission:

4% commission on sales

Selection Process:
