Sales Closer (High-Ticket Agency Retainers)

About the role

Brownie Media is a creative and performance marketing agency. We work with brands on retainers, not one-off projects, and our engagements start at 3L - 4L per month.

We are hiring one closer. You will not be cold calling. You will not be building lists. Sales calls get booked for you. Your job starts when the call starts and ends when the contract is signed.

What you will actually do

• Take booked calls with qualified prospects (founders, marketing heads, brand owners)
• Qualify hard and early. Not every lead deserves a proposal
• Run discovery properly. Understand the business before you pitch anything
• Build the relationship across the full cycle. Most of our deals take multiple conversations, not one call
• Own the lead from first call to signed contract, including follow-up, objection handling, proposal walkthroughs and negotiation
• Hand off cleanly to operations once the deal closes, with full context so delivery starts strong
• Keep the CRM current.

Who we are looking for

• You have closed high-ticket offers in India. Agency retainers, consulting, B2B services. Deal sizes of ₹2L+ per month or ₹3L+ one-time
• You are comfortable talking to founders and decision makers as a peer
• You can hold a price. If your instinct is to discount when a prospect pushes back, this is not the role
• You follow up without being annoying, and you follow up more than most people are willing to
• You are organised on your own. Remote means nobody is checking your calendar

Who this is not for

• Anyone who has only sold low-ticket or transactional products
• Anyone who needs a manager to tell them what to do each morning
• Anyone looking for a base salary with sales as a side activity

Compensation

Fixed base plus uncapped commission on every closed retainer. Base is competitive for the Indian market and commission is where this role gets interesting. Strong closers here will earn most of their income from commission.
