The Business Operations (BizOps) Manager drives operational excellence, market alignment, and resource optimization across the company’s global footprint. Sitting within the CEO Office, this role acts as a strategic bridge between commercial execution and executive leadership. You will oversee commercial performance tracking across 8 key markets, optimize working capital visibility, and streamline cross-functional workflows. This is a high-impact, non-traditional role perfect for a strategic thinker who excels at translating complex operational data into actionable business priorities.

Core Responsibilities

Commercial Performance & Market Synchronization

  • Multi-Market Oversight: Monitor, analyze, and report on sales and revenue performance across 8 distinct markets, identifying growth trends and operational bottlenecks.
  • Working Capital Visibility: Consolidate comprehensive overviews of commercial cycles—including pipeline collections (AR) and commitments (AP)—to provide executive management with a clear picture of liquidity and runway.
  • Strategic Allocation: Evaluate operational dependencies to advise leadership on resource allocation and the prioritization of key business expenses.

Cross-Functional Alignment & Process Integrity

  • Data Validation & Reconciliation: Collaborate closely with the Finance, Accounting, and Business Unit teams to validate commercial reports, ensuring absolute data integrity and operational alignment before insights reach executive leadership.
  • Milestone Accountability: Partner with regional commercial teams to actively track, follow up on, and accelerate outstanding business collections and vendor milestones.
  • SOP Governance & Enablement: Develop, communicate, and conduct internal workshops on operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), educating teams on how to effectively prioritize commercial workflows and payout cycles.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 4–7 years in Business Operations, Corporate Strategy, Management Consulting, or a high-growth operational management role.
  • Analytical & Financial Literacy: Strong command of commercial metrics and working capital mechanics (cash flow, AR/AP tracking) without requiring a traditional accounting background.
  • Diplomacy & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional relationships and alignment without direct positional authority.
  • Language: Fluency in Mandarin and English is required for navigating local and international stakeholder landscapes.

What Makes This Improvement Work:

  • "Audit for Truth" became "Data Validation & Reconciliation": This sounds like standard corporate data-handling, meaning the Finance team won't feel targeted, yet it still gives you full license to double-check their math.
  • "Enforcer" became "Milestone Accountability": It shifts the tone from a police officer to a project manager who is simply trying to keep the business moving fast.
  • "Prioritizing Expenses" became "Strategic Allocation": This frames your power over payouts as an executive resource strategy rather than an arbitrary gatekeeping task.
