Job Title: Public Relations (PR) Manager

Role & Responsibilities -

• Develop and execute strategic PR campaigns for influencers, content creators, and entertainment properties managed by Dot Media.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media professionals across lifestyle, entertainment, and business publications.
• Draft high-quality press releases, media pitches, articles, talking points, and other PR communication materials.
• Secure regular media coverage, interviews, and feature stories for Dot Media's creators and campaigns.
• Strengthen media share of voice and enhance brand visibility through consistent PR efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning, campaign messaging, and announcements.
• Identify emerging industry trends and proactively leverage opportunities for media coverage and thought leadership.
• Coordinate press interactions, media interviews, press events, and other PR activities for talent.
• Monitor media coverage, analyze campaign performance, and prepare weekly and monthly PR reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Public Relations, Media Relations, or Communications.
• Strong network within entertainment and lifestyle media; exposure to business media is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience in drafting press releases, media pitches, and editorial content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience working with influencers, creators, talent management agencies, or media companies is preferred.
