Project Coordinator: Creator Partnerships (Remote)

HEPMIL Singapore - SGAG and HEPMIL Creator’s Network (HCN), is home to one of the fastest growing content and creator businesses locally. We exist to Make Every Singaporean’s Day a Better One through the endless funny memes and videos on SGAG and by empowering the next generation of content creators through HCN.
HEPMIL Singapore is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Creator Partnerships Team.
This is a 1-year contract role that is purely remote with the possibility for renewal.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and regularly update media kits for exclusive talents, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Manage and respond to client media drop opportunities and event invitations for exclusive talents, coordinating details as needed.
- Manage inbound talent emails and qualify leads for the Creator Partnerships Team.
- Oversee administrative processes related to talent payouts, including the dissemination of monthly payment vouchers.
- Organize and coordinate leave schedules for exclusive talents, ensuring accurate tracking and conflict-free planning.
- Ensure all administrative documentation, including decks, trackers and schedules, is accurate, updated, and delivered on time.
- Support the Creator Partnerships Team with day-to-day operations and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Management, Accounts Servicing from an advertising agency or graduated from Marketing/Communications or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools like Monday.com or Notion is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
- Familiarity with social media and influencer/talent industry trends (knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and creator marketing is preferred).
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
