WING, a creative production arm of Little Dot Studios, has a new role for a multi-skilled Producer to help deliver high-end films and commercials to the world’s largest brands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a multi-award-winning creative studio with a focus on branded content and TV commercial production.
As the Producer, you will be multitasking, managing and driving clients on a day to day basis. We’re looking for someone who is super-organised, patient and have bags of ambition and initiative to bring to the table. You will be working on multiple projects simultaneously from brief through to delivery alongside a team of creatives and producers. The ideal candidate will be a highly ambitious and versatile team player who thrives in a hard-working and creative team that is passionate about producing exceptional films.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Working across all stages of the production, from receipt of brief through to delivery, and making sure all content, deadlines and budget requirements are met.
Contributing to creative sessions and assisting in pitching concepts to our clients.
Budgeting and scheduling with strong negotiation skills - you will be responsible for managing all production paperwork.
Working alongside the Head of Production to manage all legal and health and safety compliance for your projects and oversee best practices.
Ensuring that our eye for detail and our client relationships are maintained to the highest level.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
Experience with sports brands or high-performance environments is a must.
Previous experience as a Producer in the branded content world, ideally with some knowledge of the sports sponsorship arena, and will be willing to travel internationally.
Professional, creative, good with people and enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced team environment.
Previous experience producing shoots across studios and locations in the UK and worldwide and are able to manage elite talent on set.
Able to work under your own initiative, but at the heart of it you are a good team player.
Great organisational and time management skills - you thrive under pressure!
Excellent writing and visual communication skills that support other areas of your responsibilities, such as negotiation and pitching.
Passionate about content, digital media, and sports broadcast - you’re someone who actively keeps an eye on the latest trends in social media.
