PR & Influencer Marketing Intern Internship

Wave Collective is a public relations, social media, and digital marketing firm based in Boston, specializing in public relations, social media marketing, content creation, event marketing, and influencer relations. It is adding interns to its social media, creative, and PR and influencer teams for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027. These positions are for school credit. Hybrid schedule, with 1 to 2 in-office days per week in the South Boston office, client shoots, or client events.

Responsibilities and requirements

• Assist in brainstorming pitch angles and drafting pitches.
• Assist with all aspects of influencer marketing services and ongoing client campaigns.
• Begin press release and media advisory drafts.
• Update and maintain media and influencer lists and databases.
• Scan for client media coverage and assist with coverage and campaign reports.
• Conduct client and competitor research.
• Help execute client campaigns and activations (event pre-coordination, post-event reporting, PR box assembly); some evening events possible.
• Include in your application a recent article or podcast episode you loved and three favorite influencer or creator accounts you follow.
