One of the UK’s leading distributors of luxury fragrance and beauty brands, is looking for a PR & Influencer Relations Manager to help shape the stories behind some of the world’s most exciting brands. You’ll lead impactful PR and influencer campaigns, build meaningful relationships across the beauty and lifestyle landscape, and create activations that people genuinely talk about.


You’ll work across a portfolio of high end brands, collaborating with global brand teams and internal stakeholders to deliver standout campaigns across the UK and Ireland. This is a role for someone who combines creative instinct with commercial awareness, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable impact.


What you’ll be doing


  • Building and nurturing relationships with top-tier journalists and creators
  • Leading PR activations and influencer partnerships
  • Developing 360° launch strategies across multiple premium brands
  • Driving proactive media outreach and managing the press office
  • Monitoring campaign performance and identifying emerging trends
  • Managing budgets and coordinating approvals with global teams
  • Contributing to wider brand initiatives and creative campaigns


What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in PR, influencer marketing, or talent relations
  • A strong network across beauty, fashion, or lifestyle media and creators
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of influencer KPIs, digital platforms, and media strategy
  • Strong organisational and project management abilities
  • A proactive, strategic, and creative mindset


This role is hybrid, with 1 or 2 days of remote working per week.
