Pop-Up Coordinator / Intern Internship

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Work Setting: Primarily on-site

About the Role

Support the planning and execution of retail pop-ups, experiential activations, livestream sets, and physical brand environments.

Responsibilities

• Support layouts, furniture plans, product displays, and customer flow
• Source materials, fixtures, furniture, and vendors
• Track fabrication costs and delivery timelines
• Coordinate custom displays, signage, props, and installations
• Manage deliveries and vendor schedules
• Support onsite setup and breakdown
• Troubleshoot fabrication and installation issues
  

Requirements

• Background in architecture, interior design, retail design, fabrication, or related field
• Experience with retail buildouts, furniture, fabrication, or visual merchandising preferred
• Familiarity with drawings, measurements, materials, and design software
• Portfolio or relevant project examples preferred
• Comfortable coordinating vendors and working onsite
  

Compensation

Intern: Stipend or $18–$20/hour

Coordinator: $20–$30/hour based on experience and performance

• Schedule: Hours may vary around installations, launches, evenings, and weekends.
