PODCAST MEDIA COORDINATOR

As a Podcast Media Coordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping our podcast campaigns, connecting brands with their audiences in exciting new ways. This position is not just about managing media buys; it’s about building meaningful relationships with podcast creators and leveraging your current connections to ensure every campaign is strategically executed and aligned with our clients’ goals.
In this role, you’ll handle outreach to vendors and network partners, diving into the details of how our clients' needs fit with vendors and network partners, while always keeping an eye on brand goals and brand safety. You will gather and analyze demographic data to inform your strategies and make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign performance. Your attention to detail will shine as you monitor campaign metrics, secure client approvals, and facilitate smooth communication between all parties involved. Your creativity and organization will be key to navigating the fast-paced world of podcast marketing, ensuring every project runs seamlessly from start to finish.
REQUIREMENTS
Here's my background and what I've done before joining The Outloud Group team:
- 12+ months of experience in podcast marketing, media coordination, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing campaigns and building relationships
- Knowledge of podcast marketing best practices and platforms, including analytics and performance metrics
- Familiarity with podcast production processes, including recording, editing, and publishing
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Analytical mindset, experienced in using data to guide strategies and improve campaign performance
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management software (e.g., Trello)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team, with full-time availability based in the U.S.
