Performance Ads Marketing Intern Internship

What you’ll do

• Assist in optimizing Meta Ads campaigns under the supervision of Senior and/or Full-time team members.
• Support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns for product launches under the guidance of Senior and/or Full-time team members.
• Assist in preparing ad performance reports and maintaining internal marketing dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Content, Creative, Product Development, and Tech, to support performance marketing objectives.
• Assist in setting up advertising infrastructure, such as Meta Pixel and conversion events, in collaboration with the Development Team under the supervision of Senior and/or Full-time team members.
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure content approvals, maintain ongoing partnerships, and help resolve collaboration issues with guidance from senior team members.

What we’re looking for

• Must be a graduate of a Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing Bootcamp.
• ⁠Tech savvy.
• ⁠Familiar with data processing tools like Excel and/or Google Sheet.
• ⁠⁠Have an interest in handling sales campaign.
• ⁠Self-driven with huge willingness to learn (empty glass mentality).
• ⁠Have prior internship experience or similar experience in digital marketing industry is a plus.
• ⁠Able to work under a fast-paced culture.
• ⁠Great communication skills (You will be working with a lot of people here).
• ⁠Detailed-Oriented.
• ⁠Have previously joined a digital marketing bootcamp is a plus.

Program details

• Paid internship program.
• Duration: 3 months (join immediately).
• Hybrid working arrangements: 2 WFO days (Wednesday & Friday only) and 3 WFH days.
• Office location: Cilandak Barat (near MRT Fatmawati).
