About Chaotic
Chaotic is a growing competitions platform, giving our players the chance to win incredible prizes every week. We move quickly, we think big and we're building a brand people love to play with.
Prize draws and instant wins across cash, tech and lifestyle, with a Facebook community 130,000+ strong. This is the engine, it generates the income that makes everything else possible.
Giving back is part of who we are too. We donate exclusively to SEND charities, families, schools and community groups, money, resources and hands-on support for families with SEND children.
The Role
As our Partnerships & Community Manager, you'll find and grow the commercial partnerships that help take Chaotic to the next level. You'll own our partner relationships from first conversation to signed deal and beyond, and work with Marketing to turn them into campaigns that perform.
You'll also lead our community side, including the SEN Support Service and the Chaotic Fund, managing our Family Liaison Officer(s) and making sure the work we do with families has real impact.
If you're commercially minded, full of ideas and love building relationships, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing
● Finding and securing new partnerships that drive growth and fit our brand
● Building great relationships with partners and leading negotiations and renewals
● Shaping our partnership strategy and working with Marketing on joint campaigns
● Tracking and reporting on how our partnerships and community work are performing
● Leading our Family Liaison Team so every family using our SEN Support Service gets consistent, caring support

● Confidence working with data and reporting on KPIs
● Experience managing or supervising a team
● Experience in service delivery or programme management
● A good understanding of SEND and the challenges families and young people face
● A commitment to safeguarding children and young people
It would be great if you also have:
● Experience in competitions, gaming, ecommerce or another consumer brand
● Experience working with local authorities, schools or SEND organisations
● Knowledge of safeguarding legislation and best practice
Why Join Us?
● A growing business where your partnerships directly shape our success
● A varied role where you can shape both strategy and delivery
● Work that also makes a real difference to SEND families across the UK
● Hybrid working, with 3 days a week in our Redhill office
● A small, friendly team who really care about what we do
