Paid Social Specialist

CHAMP Digital is seeking an experienced Paid Social Specialist to take complete ownership of its client onboarding process and campaign execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on building high-performing advertising systems from the ground up and driving measurable business outcomes for clients. The position is contract but can evolve to a full-time position.

The agency wants someone who can build advertising systems from scratch, troubleshoot technical tracking issues and get excited about improving conversion rates, and who can explain complex strategies to clients in ways that build confidence and trust.

Primary responsibilities

• Own the onboarding process for new advertising clients from discovery through campaign launch, including conversion tracking across Shopify, WooCommerce and custom landing pages, Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Develop and execute full-funnel advertising strategies across Meta Ads (primary focus), LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and programmatic channels.
• Provide creative direction and write high-converting ad copy.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and meet client KPIs.
• Join monthly client calls to present strategy recommendations and performance.

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience at a digital marketing agency
• Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager; hands-on Google Ads experience; working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and programmatic
• Conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and GA4 setup, analysis and reporting
• Experience with Shopify and WooCommerce
• Strong copywriting skills with a portfolio of ad creative
